There are many possibilities for staying active, for example, skiing on the Feuerkogel. You are sure to have an active and unforgettable time in this ski resort, with guaranteed snow, cosy mountain restaurants, huts and a family village. Other beautiful ski resorts in the region are the Hochlecken near Neukirchen and the Grünberg, Gmunden. Those who do not want to ski have the chance to go skating, either outdoors, on natural ice on the Langbathsee or in the indoor skating rink in Gmunden regardless of the weather. There are other possibilities, such as wellness and fitness studios and much more to keep fit or relax, and a very varied range of cultural events and, here and there, the odd coffee house just to take a cosy break.
