"Great views" for the ski resort "Feuerkogel" and its guests!

The team of the "Feuerkogel" cable car looks forward to welcome you in the upcooming winter season the Wintersaison starts when the snow the ski piste capped.

On 16th December 2011, the "Feuerkogel " opens his doors. The Feurkogel team is looking forward to welcoming you first this winter!

In the following week, the family ski area and its lifts are daily opened till 9th April 2012, when the snow situation allows it.

One cable car, the new 8 people Jet-lift, one tripple-chair lift and 4 towing lifts and a ski school with ski rental service are awaiting YOU!

The well prepared slopes are ideal for families with kids and for beginners. The fascinating panorama gives you views of the central upper Austrian region, the whole of the lake Traunsee region as well as the Dachstein glacier and mountains. A special challange for good skiers is the 6 km unprepared downhill run.

The Feuerkogel mountain offers also a large choice of winter-fun activities like snowboarding, guided snowshoeing or torchhiking, winterwalkings and skitourings.

The four alpine inns on the Feuerkogel plateau with their comfortable panorama terraces invite you to have a rest, enjoy the views and the good regional food served by friendly local inn keepers.

Fun in free Nature is brought to you by the guides of the outdoorspezialist Capricorn Adventures, who are offering activities from snow shoe hiking till Iglu building on the plateau.
