TRAUNSEE WINTERSHUTTLE 2012
We, the Leisure Region Lake Traunsee-Salzkammergut, the "OÖ.Seilbahnholding" and their business partners, bring you from the 01st January till the 18th march 2012 FOR FREE to the zur valley station of the "Feuerkogel" cable car and the "Feuerkogel" family skiresort - the wintersport hot-spot at the lake Traunsee!
To make the access to the traditional family ski resort Feuerkogel in Ebensee, which invested a lot on infrastructure the last two years, easier for guests from the Traunsee Holiday Region as well as for the local communities, there will be the „Traunsee Winter Shuttle“ bus service this year. This is also a „climate friendly en route“ projec. The Dachstein Traunsee Touristik in cooperation with the Traunsee Holiday Region Tourist Board and their partner enterprises around the lake Traunsee are offering this service from the 1st January till the 18th March 2012. The Stern & Hafferl transport association will run this service in cooperation with the Sklona transport association with two return trips a day from Gmunden to Ebensee. There is a connection to the railway lines Traunseebahn in Gmunden at the station "Seebahnhof" and to the Salzkammergut railway line in Ebensee at the station "Landungsplatz".
The "Traunsee Winter Shuttle" is also an offer of the "Salzkammergut winter card"!

The printed timetables are guideline times and can be moved back by e.g. traffic volume. We ask for your understanding!
On carnevals sunday, 19th February and carnevals monday, 18th February 2012, the return ride at 4:50 p.m. is cancelled due to the carnevals parades in Ebensee
