We, the Leisure Region Lake Traunsee-Salzkammergut, the "OÖ.Seilbahnholding" and their business partners, bring you from the 01st January till the 18th march 2012 FOR FREE to the zur valley station of the "Feuerkogel" cable car and the "Feuerkogel" family skiresort - the wintersport hot-spot at the lake Traunsee!
Throughout the whole year and every Sunday in July and August and, you can ride with the nostalgic tram of Gmunden. An uforgettable experience, not only for railway fans.

12thth nostalgic festival on top of the Feuerkogel, Saturday, 3rdth March 2012
The annual nostalgic ski festival is a fixed point in each winter season of the Feuerkogel, at the high plateau of the domestic-mountain of Ebensee. A multicolored master program with demonstrations of different groups of nostalgia skis and the ski team Ebensee as well as a nostalgia ski running with different styles of driving invite to an attendance at the "Sattl".
The mountain hotels and the snow-iglu are looking after the physical well-being and the warm beverages.
People have always been attracted from the mysterious night sky and splendid sparkling stars. Thus, Gmunden look back on an ancient astronomical heritage. Johannes von Gmunden was the most important late-medieval astronomer of his time in Europe. In addition, the original powder tower at “Kalvarien-Mountain” had been expanded to an observatory at around 1949, by Professor Johannes Eisner.
There are many magic spots in the Holiday Region Lake Traunsee, places of power, but all of them have something in common, they ease your body and spirit and give you strength.
