Yogahaus Traunsee in Altmünster

In the YOGAHAUS TRAUNSEE - the house of encounter - people of all ages are welcome to practise yoga as strengthening for body and spirit regularly in groups. Here, certificated yoga instructors offer courses in all different forms of yoga and meditation, also special units for elderly people, pregnant women and children.
