Ebensee,along to the old mainroad "alte Bundesstraße" along the lake Traunsee to Traunkirchen, which always invites you to a little break. Afterwards it goes on to Altmünster, and after leaving Altmünster keep on into the right direction to Gmunden.
You will pass the tourist information "Gästezentrum Ferienregion Traunsee" where you get some information about accommodation and sights.
It continues with
possibility 1: turn left at the yacht club into the street Kaltenbrunerstrasse to the street Bahnhofstrasse into the direction Pinsdorf.
or possibility 2: straight ahead to the Esplanade to the centre of Gmunden, up to the street Graben and along the Bahnhofstraße into direction Pinsdorf

Route: Predominantly cycle paths and quiet back roads with little traffic. Alternative methods of transport on ships or railways are offered on certain parts of the route on national roads. The route is predominantly tarmacked. It is ideally suited to touring and trekking bikes.
