Beautiful steep track up the Traunstein on the backside of the mountain.

Stops: Gh Hois’n, JS Moaristidl, Mair-Alm, Gmundner Hütte and Traunsteinhaus

Good body condition and free from giddiness are required for having a nice climb up the Traunstein!

On Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays from the 1^st May till the 26^thOctober 2011, you can use the offer of the Wander & Badebus shuttle service in Gmunden!

Also a tour with the Traunseeschifffahrt boat tours is worth enjoying!
