GMUNDEN ONCE AGAIN SETS THE PACE
Between the 26^th and the 28^th of August 2011 from 10 a.m. till 6 p.m. daily the Austrian pottery market will take place for the 23^rd time already in the ceramic city of Gmunden and it will transform the main square and the Esplanade into a stage of the European pottery-elite.

Yet again, out of hundreds of applicants, 130 international ceramic artists were chosen by a panel of experts and the organizers are certain having succeeded again in choosing studios which offer a particular mixture and profile of contemporary artistic work in all facets. That is how the visitor can once again this year obtain a good impression about the European ceramics-scene.

The 23^rd Austrian pottery market from the 26^th until the 28^th of August – a must appointment for connoisseurs, friends and lovers of one of the oldest crafts in the world – a market with flair and tradition – the meeting spot for everyone, who enjoys the art of ceramics and pottery exhibits.
