Hiking Taxi Altmünster & Leisure Region Lake Traunsee

The hiking taxi is a minibus of the bus company HOLZLEITNER which has a well-detectable sign on the windscreen, which brings you to the hiking goals in Altmünster and the Leisure Region Lake Traunsee.

It is possible each Thursday and Sunday from 1^stJune till 29^th September 2011, according to schedule (on request also on rainy weather)

IT IS ONLY POSSIBLE WITH REGISTRATION ON THE PREVIOUS DAY till 7 p.m!

Please observe the following stops of the Hiking Taxi:

Stop parkingarea “Seepromenade”: on the opposite of the Campingplace of Altmünster, there you can park your car for free! Departure of the taxi is at the Room-Information (i)

Stop Tourism office Altmünster: In front of the Tourism office!

Stop Railway station Altmünster: In front of the busstop

Stop Viechtau: Busstop at the Farm, called Viechtau (about 3 km before Neukirchen)

Stop Neukirchen: In front of the busstop, in the center of Neukirchen

Stop Riesenhäusl: Busstop below the company Leitner which sells wood products

Stop Großalm: In front of the busstop (Entrance to the fish-breeding, Fishingwaters)

Stop Hochleckenclimb (Taferlklauslake): In front of the busstop on the mainstreet!

Stop Hochkreut: Only possible by reservation until 3 p.m on the previous day, Parking area in front of the cash desk

Stop Windlegern: Only possible by reservation until 3 p.m on the previous day, Parking area in front of the guesthouse

Stop Hochsteinalm: Only possible by reservation until 3 p.m on the previous day, at the last parking area (inverse square), beginning of the forest road
