Closing time 2012
This year, we devide our closing time in to twice two weeks:
From the 2nd till 15th January 2012, the "Schlosshotel" is closed.
The last two weeks of January and the first two weeks of February, the hotel is open and the gourmetrestaurant is open daily from 6:00 p.m.
From the 17th February till 2nd March 2012, the "Schlosshotel" is closed again.

Start the spring with a fulminant firework of pleasures in the Freisitz Roith. 3-hat.cook Joachim Gradwohl cooks together with Maximilian Aichinger an inspiring spring menu. With wine of the Asutrian top vineyards Michael Moosbrugger of Schloss Gobelsburg and Josef Umathum of Weingut Umathum. Responsible for the swing are the "Traunbridge Swingers".
